Refund policy

Because many CicisOutlet items are handmade, made-to-order, or personalized, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or design choices made when placing an order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact CicisOutlet as soon as possible after delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review the issue and make it right.

Personalized and custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Order Cancellations: Once production has started on a custom or made-to-order item, the order cannot be canceled.
