LL SALES ARE FINAL

All Cicisoutlet products are custom made to order, just for you. Because each item is created specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Exception: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we will make it right.

Order Cancellations: Once production has started on a custom or made-to-order item, the order cannot be canceled.
