Because computer and phone screens display colors differently, actual product colors may vary slightly from what appears online.

Many CicisOutlet products are handmade, customized, or made to order. Small variations in design placement, color, or appearance may occur and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to change, update, limit, or discontinue products at any time.

SECTION 3 – CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all personalization information before placing an order.

This includes names, spelling, dates, sizes, colors, photos, wording, and any other custom information provided to CicisOutlet.

Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Custom and personalized products are final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or CicisOutlet made an error when creating the order.

SECTION 4 – ORDERS & PAYMENTS

All orders must be paid in full before they are processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, unavailable products, or incorrect information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the appropriate refund will be issued.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Shipping and delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

CicisOutlet is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or other shipping circumstances outside of our control.

If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are handled according to our posted Return and Refund Policy.

Because many of our products are custom or personalized, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizes, colors, personalization information, or a change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect because of an error made by CicisOutlet, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue.

SECTION 7 – CUSTOMER-PROVIDED DESIGNS & CONTENT

When submitting photographs, logos, artwork, wording, or other content for a custom order, you confirm that you have the right or permission to use that material.

CicisOutlet reserves the right to refuse any custom order or design request.

The CicisOutlet name, logo, website content, original photographs, graphics, and other original business materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Third-party names, trademarks, logos, artwork, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
